I totally support this proposal to get done. These accidents are something that need to be eradicate. The system is pretty useful and makes sense. The only problem that I see with it is that there is a possibility that drunk people will not pay attention to it and drive while being drunk. This is not because of this idea, it is only because of the lack of interest that some people have toward public safety.
